Due to the new AFIP regulation regarding DJAI (Anticipated importation declaration) the construction of a solution integrated to SAP was needed in order to manage and control this new process.

Objetives

  • Implementation of a solution for the management of DJAI integrated to the purchase orders (importations) of SAP.
  • Implementation of a process with commands to bear the commerce rules appliacable to the DJAI problems.

Description

Due to the new AFIP regulation regarding DJAI (Anticipated Importation Declaration) the construction of a solution integrated to SAP was needed in order to manage and control this new process.

To that effect, the functionality of the Pampa Solution for external commerce was expanded in order to support the DJAI functionality. This solution allows the user to send a form to the supplier to validate the feasibility of its delivery. After the supplier´s confirmation, the DJAI is sent to customs. In this case, the solution prevents modifications to be made in the income order. Once the importation has been authorized, the final release of the order takes place.

Benefits

  • 100% solution integrated to SAP
  • It incorporated the importation permit to the process
  • It incorporated controls to avoid unauthorized orders to arrive to the suppliers
